Pinnacle Material Handling Service, LLC is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician / Field Service Apprentice to join our team in the Atlanta, GA area. This full-time role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, grow their technical skills, and build a career in material handling equipment service.


About the Role


As a Preventive Maintenance Technician / Field Service Apprentice, you will support our service team by performing routine maintenance on customer equipment, assisting experienced technicians with field repairs, and helping ensure fleet and rental equipment remain in reliable working condition.


Responsibilities


  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on customer and rental equipment
  • Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions when needed
  • Assist Material Handling Equipment Technicians with field repairs
  • Maintain parts, tools, and supply inventory in the service vehicle
  • Ensure routine maintenance and required repairs are completed on the service vehicle
  • Support team operations and complete additional tasks as needed

  • Qualifications

    • Basic knowledge of electric, internal combustion, and hydraulic systems is a plus
    • Clean driving record
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
    • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
